This lifestyle community provides safe and positive environments for women to connect and support each other for future collaboration.

This site is intended to be a resource for those in the tri-state Delaware Valley area who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide.  It is dedicated to the memory of all those lost to suicide in the southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware.

 One of the ways Jess became confident with public speaking was with the Mic Drop course with Jess Ekstrom. Check out this cool resource!

There are practitioners with expertise and evidence-based treatments for all sorts of issues that arise around women’s health- This network is your direct link to find them.

The Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Groups help loss survivors cope, connect, and work toward healing. Trained group facilitators are suicide loss survivors who know, firsthand, how difficult it can be to find your way after losing someone to suicide. The groups are open to anyone 18 years or older who is grieving a loss due to suicide.

TAPA Institute teaches stress techniques for self-growth that increase study performance and decrease emotional exhaustion on exam day.
