JTY Loves to Give
We celebrated our anniversary by donating to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention! JTY held a fundraiser at the KOP Grill & Tavern where there were speakers, raffles, and food!
My heart is overflowing with the love and support I have received for our American Foundation for Suicide Prevention fundraiser! I celebrated two years in business and wanted to give back to a foundation that had a similar mission of self-love.
My goal this in 2022 was to hit $2,000… without expecting to hit that. With the donations from our two years in August to the day of the walk, in total, we raised $2,045. We REACHED OUR GOAL! THANK YOU!

2022 AFSP Out of Darkness Walk
Rain can’t stop mental health advocacy…but it can make your shoes squishy during a walk. HA! Our Journey to Yourself team came together and walked during the annual Out of Darkness Walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
We look forward to continuing the tradition of walking each year (2022 was our second year!), where we can raise the importance of mental health support and fight suicide.
The AFSP “is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have experienced a loss.” Aligning with self-care and self-love, JTY is proud to support this foundation!

Community is Everything
Do you enjoy volunteering? I had the opportunity to volunteer with Horizon House, Inc. Rachael, with Dream Day Events, asked me to volunteer and help make a difference. If you know Rachael, you would know that all her events mean something and everyone always has a good time.
Horizon House supports my community by housing and providing services to those in need.
These events are special in more ways than one. I get to see great people and other businesses that want to support our community

GOOOO VIKINGS! Besides making volunteering and donating a priority, it’s awesome when it can happen in the school district where I grew up.
We donated a basket to the Upper Merion Mother’s Club (which helped them raise $4,000) and donated to the annual Candlebrook Elementary Spring Fair!
