Coaching Options

One Time Session

  • One-time session.

  • You are looking for support, but can’t commit fully now.

  • You are currently going through a situation and need to talk it out with someone.

  • Looking for an outside perspective on a situation.

Bi-Weekly

  • 3 month commitment.

  • Meet twice a month for an hour.

  • Communication in between sessions using a FREE talk-&-text app (Voxer)

Monthly

  • 6 month commitment

  • Meet once a week for an hour.

  • Communication in between sessions using a FREE talk-&-text app (Voxer)

Objectives:

One-Time Session

  • Gain an outside perspective on a current life situation.

  • Gain a habit or two that you can implement today.

  • Find a new or healthy way to look at the situation.

Bi-weekly

  • When you work with me, we focus on the 4 R’s

    • Relax -Create time to reset.

    • Reflect - Process what your thoughts.

    • Reward - You work hard, did you reward yourself?

    • Routine - Create a sustainable daily schedule.

  • In return you will be able to:

    • Communicate to yourself and others.

    • Create healthy boundaries - say no/discipline.

    • Show up for yourself - create hobbies.

    • Positive mindset in life.

Monthly

  • Bi-Weekly Objectives Plus:

    • Create a foundation of habits for when life becomes life.

    • Creative confident mindset to problem solve and implement habits.
